FAQ's
1) Can I bring my baby? No. Really sorry, but this is your time to focus on yourself.
2) What do I need to bring? Exercise mat. Bottle of water. Notebook and pen. Workout attire.
3) Can I come if I am 3 years postpartum? Definitelly yes! Course is suitable for all women that want to improve core and pelvic health following child birth no matter how long ago this might have been.
4) Can I take pictures/videos during the course? No. All the exercises covered during the course will be provided via a dedicated web based log in platform.
5) Can I come if I have a tummy gap? Absolutely! The course will teach you how to check for DRA yourself and what to do to improve it.
7) Do you offer refund? Yes, 100% refund up until 3 days before start of the course. 50% if cancelled on the start day or later to cover the cost of the venue hire and running costs.
